Pretty darn awesome
Just saw a news story about a 70-something-year-old man who was robbed. The man startled the robbers with his rifel. The robbers ended up taking his rifel and punching him. When he was interviewed he said that he punched one of the guys and dodged a punch. His final words in the interview were, “I’m not a violent man…but I ain’t no coward either.” Great guy :)

House is ending. I haven’t really watched it in a couple of seasons but whenever I saw it was coming on I would think, “I’ll catch it next week.” I loved it because it’s one of those shows where it isn’t necessary to watch every single episode to understand the concept. Tonight I looked at my little cousin and realized he doesn’t look so little anymore. He’s been taller than me for at least 2 years now but today he seemed more…not ‘mature’ but he just didn’t seem like a little boy. Darn.

I went to a school get-together to network and meet new people in the organization. And of course I end up spending most of my time talking to the person who’s not even in the organization nor are they old enough to attend my school. haha but good stories were told, so I felt my time was well spent.

My friend sent me a text telling me all the bad stuff about a gluten-free diet after watching Dr. Oz. I then told her she was correct about the information and way to eat healthy on on a gluten-free diet. When I came home I just had to watch the segment, it basically repeated what I had told my friend. All in all, go me!
